Drop ArtemiC™ Support directly in your mouth, 0.5 ml at a time, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. ArtemiC™ Support can also be taken mixed with water, fruit juice or milk. It is recommended taking ArtemiC™ Support at least half an hour prior to having a meal.
